This intense ruby red wine is refined in barrels made of fine grain oak produced from French forests. The perfume is intense with a clear scent of tobacco and spices. It pairs wonderfully with game meat, roasted and potted meat dishes with Mediterranean aromas. Ideal with old and herb cheese. Best served at a temperature of 18° and uncorked 20 minutes before consuming.
