This wine is produced with native red grapes of Sardinia. Ruby red in color with garnet tinges. The fermentation with a long maceration of the skins and the refinement in big stainless steel tanks give the wine a firm and particularly territorial character while maintaining the wholeness of the grapes. To the mouth-feel, the bouquet is complex, with spicy notes, leathery and black fruit jam flavors. Dry flavor with a particularly firm structure and remarkable length. A pleasantly soft, full and balanced wine. It pairs well with local dishes of Sardinian cuisine such as pork or lamb, game and old cheese. To be served at a temperature of 18°.
